Reinhardt Home Heating invites all residential customers to join our rewards program, Loyalty Points, which is designed to give back to our loyal customers and the community.
It’s super simple. Customers in our rewards program earn one Loyalty Point for every dollar spent with us on residential fuels and services. Points accumulate automatically and when you have enough points to turn in, a few clicks will convert them to the benefit of your choice.
While our Rewards menu is refreshed from time to time, here are examples of items you may purchase with your points:
- A credit to your account: turn points into cash to offset your current balance
- Discounts on Services: get a free Safety Check, discounted Tune-and-Clean
- Discounts on new heating or A/C equipment
- Discounts on Service Plans
- Discounts or credits at partner business
- Charitable gifts: turn points into a cash donation which we amplify, and then make a donation in your name to a local organization. You choose the charity from a list of options.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
- Go to MY ACCOUNT
- Sign in, or if a first-time user, sign-up for access to the portal.
- Once in the portal, click on the Rewards tab
- A message will pop up asking if you want to join Rewards – click SUBMIT
Your account will be updated within 1 business day, giving you access to our Rewards Menu and the power to claim credits and discounts in the future.
